Factory Workflow
Every order follows our strict quality management protocol to guarantee zero surprises upon delivery.
Submit your product concepts, required quantities, target GSM fabric weight, and artwork files. Our engineering desk calculates precise factory-direct pricing, MOQs, and production lead times within 24 hours.
Our in-house apparel design team creates digital vector layout mockups and sizing spec-sheets. We refine color palettes, logo placements, stitching details, and label designs until you are 100% satisfied.
We construct a physical pre-production sample on the floor. The sample is shipped directly to your door so your team can physically inspect the fabric hand-feel, stretch recovery, sizing fit, and print precision.
Upon sample sign-off, bulk fabric rolls are cut, printed, embroidered, and assembled by our specialized production lines. Every piece undergoes rigorous piece-by-piece QC, seam tension testing, and needle detection.
Garments are steam-pressed, folded, polybagged with custom barcodes, and packed in reinforced export cartons. Shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS air express (3–5 days) or ocean freight with live tracking.

Large-format Italian digital dye-sublimation machines transfer ink at 210°C directly into the polyester fiber, ensuring zero cracking or fading.
Four-needle six-thread flatlock stitching, reinforced bar-tacking on stress points, and ergonomic seam placement engineered for athletic endurance.
